<h3>产品类型</h3>根据恒温液体的不同可分为恒温水浴槽和恒温油浴槽；根据恒温液体的温度范围的不同可分为低温恒温槽（-40℃～100℃）与超级恒温槽（室温～300℃）。此外低温恒温槽在结构上可分为“立式低温恒温槽”和“卧式低温恒温槽”两种。<br>

以型号为GDH-4006的高精度低温恒温槽为例，其参数包括温度范围-40~100℃，温度波动度±0.005~±0.05℃，容积7.3L，循环泵流量6L/min，数显分辨率0.001℃，制冷功率750W，加热功率800W，整机功率1630W，内槽尺寸260*200*140mm，整机尺寸372*345*760mm，工作槽开口180*140mm，整机净重47kg等。<br>

<h3>结构组成</h3>
低温恒温槽一般由冷凝器、压缩机、蒸发器、风机(内、外)循环水泵、加热管、智能温控表、不锈钢内胆及辅助设备（如液位提升器和恒温槽支架）等几个部件组成。<br>

<h3>使用方法</h3>
使用220V的交流电源，额度电流不小于10A，有安全接地装置，必须加软水（如蒸馏水）且加的水离上盖板不低于8cm，按照低温恒温槽的使用说明书打开电源，正确设定温度值，在温度达到所设定的温度时，打开循环开关使所有程序进入正常状态。<br>
<h3>工作原理</h3>
低温恒温槽的压缩机运转后经过吸气、压缩、排气、冷凝、节流和低温蒸发吸热汽化，从而使水温降至温控表设定的温度；若温控表设定的温度高于常温，则温控表内接触器自动工作，给予加热管电流信号，这样加热管就开始工作。在恒温槽工作时可利用整机的进出口做机内水源外循环或内循环，也可将机内水源外引，在恒温槽体外做第二恒温场。<br>
<h3>功能特点</h3>
与普通低温恒温槽相比，数控超级恒温槽的控温精度要高的多，只能加热且不能制冷，只能提供室温以上的精确控温，最高温度多在300℃以下，分为6升和15升两种容积。采用微机智能控制系统，操作非常简答，升温迅速且温度很稳定；可内外循环，内循环保证温度均匀恒定，循环泵可把槽内被加热液体外引去加热或恒温机外实验器；触摸按键操作方式，有两个led窗口分别数显温度测量值和温度设定值，数显分辨率0.01℃或0.1℃。
